Last week, Google announced it is retiring its Google Affiliate Network (GAN) – a program that merchants have historically used to connect with qualified affiliates who in turn represent the merchant’s brand and drive incremental traffic to the merchant’s website. According to Google’s announcement, it will cease its GAN program on July 31, 2013.
