A New Chapter: Partnerize Acquires BrandVerity

We recognized the need for substantial technology investments to help customers monitor critical aspects of their online marketing campaigns -- from preventing trademark infringements in paid search to ensuring regulatory compliance of their content across the Web. With the right solution, companies could be confident that they were ultimately protecting all of the hard work, time, and resources spent in building their brands online.

We have no doubt entered uncertain times. However, our mission to protect the world’s leading brands online remains the same today. I am pleased to announce the acquisition of BrandVerity by Partnerize, the leading provider of partnership automation solutions for global brands, which will now enable us to provide our compliance capabilities to even more companies around the world. The addition of BrandVerity’s capabilities to the Partnerize platform is an important step toward making it simple for leading brands to realize the full business potential of partnerships.

Our commitment to the success of our customers remains our top priority. Indeed, many BrandVerity customers already use Partnerize and will now be able to benefit from additional capabilities as BrandVerity becomes part of the Partnerize platform. Partnerize clients will have the option to automatically monitor partner and affiliate online marketing programs to protect against harmful brand violations and regulatory risks. BrandVerity solutions will also continue to be available as standalone offerings directly supporting participants throughout the industry.
